The Field Mouse and the Butterfly
文 / Jen Schalliol Huang 图 / Alexandra Thompson
The field mouse and the butterfly
were each a bit quiet,
each a bit shy.
But the mouse said, hello!
and his new friend said, hi!
They both love flowers,
they both love the sky,
the warm sun above,
and the wind that floats by.
It doesn't matter if you run or fly,
you can make a new friend whenever you try.
